ASKUL is continually evolving by listening to our customers and learning from them. We, as a "learning organization", continuously grow by using this process. We receive customers' feedback through phone calls, fax transmissions, questionnaires, group interviews and e-mail. All this feedback comes into our "relationship center" that is the hub of ASKUL's customer service operation. It is then carefully entered into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. Every single piece of information gathered here will be stored in the CRM database, and, in concert with a data-mining system, actively supports our partner planning as well as the development and improvement of our products and services.
